Though steps have been made to improve environmental practices, as an industry, we are not moving quickly enough. We are committed to procuring responsibly resourced materials and reducing our carbon emissions to zero; with the ultimate resource goal of giving back more than we take from the planet, becoming one of the first resource positive (Resource+) organization in our industry.
Smart Economy.
We know our planet’s resources are finite and are committed to bringing the circular economy approach to the design and execution of all SmartCyte products. In contrast to the ‘take-make-waste’ use of materials prevalent today, we aim to decouple growth from wasteful consumption, focusing on regenerative development and life cycles. This process is key to sustainable, healthy communities and we are committed to leading and partnering with other like-minded organizations to champion new methodologies and systems to make this practice successful and commonplace in our industry.

Healthy ecosystems clean our water, purify our air, maintain our soil, regulate the climate, recycle nutrients and provide us with food. It is our foundation. We are committed to protecting and preserving natural ecosystems around all SmartCyte projects, including increasing awareness and motivating action that conserves habitats to support wildlife and plant populations.
