Vice President, Business Development and Strategy

Scott is a former elected official who, over the course of his career, has also held leadership positions in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. He is a strategic thinker and people person who enjoys the challenges of a fast-paced, politically-driven environment where he can work on complex problems, individually or as part of a team, to identify solutions and pathways that lead to successful, meaningful outcomes.

Scott served as an aide to U.S. Congressman Adam Smith where he worked on a variety of policy issues to include healthcare. He also was an executive policy advisor to Washington State Governor Christine Gregoire. Additionally, Scott has been a consultant for several start-up technology companies helping to create strategic plans, target benchmarks, marketing/sales opportunities, and government relations strategies.

Scott has been lauded for his creative vision and outside-of-the-box thinking and commended for his leadership on the successful outcomes of local, state, national, and international projects and initiatives. He earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Eastern Washington University, a M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, and is currently finishing his doctorate in Leadership Studies at Gonzaga University.
