With more than 40 years’ experience in the development, construction and management of complex projects, Chris brings a unique and comprehensive approach to the building industry. His extensive knowledge of construction methods and materials, combined with his ability to optimize budget and schedule performance, allows him to successfully deliver any large-scale project. Chris has managed the design, construction, and multi-discipline teams for projects of more than $1 billion and worked closely with lenders, developers and governmental agencies. He has an extensive history in the renovation of occupied facilities, including those with high security and environmental standards.
Chris has degrees in Building Construction and a certificate in commercial real estate (development and finance) from the University of Washington and holds a Master’s Degree in civil engineering from Stanford University.
